Petroleos de Venezuela, which owns the American refiner and gas station chain Citgo, is controlled by President Hugo Chavez's Venezuelan government.

We should just seize the entire Citgo refinery\distribution network in the U.S. Take a page out of Hugo's socialist book. I'm sure he'd understand. We could use the proceeds for some social projects in New Orleans...and to provide below cost gas for "the folks"..
