It seems to me that the options that will be voted on is a way for the company to AVOID insider trading, and give there employees a chance to make $$$, if a deal is reached. I'm sure many who work for KRY are in the samer boat as we are, holding anywhere up to $6 bucks. This is simply a way to reward all the hard work they have endured for years. If the price after 'THE DAY' is not above a couple dollars, then many of them will be screwed, just like us.
