OF, You've got to be kidding me! I give Management more credit than that. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I gather it is not mandatory to disclose the strike price of the new options that will be issued?

.Investing in KRY, and reading the excellent posts from the many on this board has served to teach me just how little I know. It's been a real education.

If Fung succeeds in doing an end run around Hugo and gets The Permit issued before we are in bankruptcy, he and his Management team deserve all they can get, IMO.
