The "ribbon cutting" on the Medical Center and Sewage Treatment facility being built by Crystallex in Las Cristinas is supposed to happen this week.

Is anyone curious as to why Gold Reserve has not filed for International Arbitration in light of Doug Belanger's very strong comments towards Venezuela and the Company's somewhat dubious position in the country? Isn't that odd?
