The professor of the Catholic University Beautiful Andres, Gustavo Briceño, affirmed that “he is worrisome that the Supreme Court of Justice to afir to me that Venezuela is immune to foreign courts”.

Briceño indicates that “there is a violation to the Constitution of the Bolivariana Republic of Venezuela, because she imposes the obligation to accept the decisions of the international courts”.

“the TSJ has given a mortal blow when allowing that administrative and judicial decisions influence in the right interns of the countries, which goes against the modern tendencies materialized in the Communitarian Right the International”, indicated the jurist.

Gustavo Briceño indicates that the decision of the maximum court leaves in state of defenselessness and neglect, to all those nationals who “take refuge in international organisms to safeguard their subjective rights or I interest legitimate”.
