I think the KRY approach is to "kill 'em with kindness". Makes sense to me as a strategy....gives us strong bargaining power via our Canadian diplomats, puts the locals on our side and paves the way for an easy win in International Arbitration should that become necessary. Sounds like KRY management has aleady engaged international diplomacy by bringing in the Canadian Government on our behalf. We already have the locals on our side (every time someone the flushes the toilet they smile and think of Crystallex). I suppose KRY management has their own game plan\time table for when they will file for International Arbitration....most likely when it becomes clear that Venezuela is jerking off our Canadian diplomats.
