But when that someone is Hugo Chavez, then it's not quite so funny for the shareholders...

If that pig ever makes it up to Sifontes...someone ought to tell him to lay off the meatloaf sandwiches. I don't think the new wastewater treatment plant was designed for that type of abuse..
