The most the bond holder can get is their 100mm back plus the 9mm in interest.....If we are in arbitration the equipment will be sold, staff reduced, and the company will remain until a settlement is reached. I have to disagree with you on the fear of bankruptcy or that some other shareholders will get a "payday".
