I would not put much faith in Roy being the cause. Most people know he is a hack who gets most of his "news" from this board.

The AGM made it clear that a permit option is not likely and there will likely be many who choose not wait for any settlement or arbitration and will dump as quickly as possible.

None of the news developments reported here will be seen by the masses so that aspect is missing. Given that and no PR it should not be surprising to see a dump, nor will it surprise me to see it continue for a while.
