All true...a couple months back Agapov was quoted as saying that he wanted "more assurances" before investing big money in Venezuela. I guess even the Russians don't like their investments stolen. The deal is in the 2 Billion Dollar range. Like it or lump it. Fung more or less prepared the shareholders for that price point. Much less than 2 billion and Fung gives 'em the ole "F" U and kicks it into arbitration. We'll get the news in July.
