I threw this out before and no one responded. Perhaps my thinking is too simplistic. But, why not bring another mining company into the mix to buy out KRY? One that is acceptable to VN could be Polyus or Russor or whomever meets VN's political whims. The issue is political as RF said. VN doesn't want a North American/democratic capalistic country mining their deposit. So...by having a company from another country, be it Russian or Chinese, mine the deposit, will that make it more or less advantageous for VN. Who knows; I digress. Why not have another mining company buy KRY out and let the market place determine the price and that will let VN off the hook for financing the buyout of our MOC?
