GWhatesmidgets, I have to agree with you.. I will take a fair valued settlement now rather than some perceived $6/share win in arbitration.. Why take the risk of waiting 3-5 years to be paid in paper that might be worth(MUCH)LESS than today!!!! I'll take the $USD now while it's holding strong and can still be invested.
