Personally....I'd be more than happy with 2 bucks. I think that would be "fair" (given the reality of the situation) for all parties involved. I think we can get 2 bucks as long as we are negotiating with a foreign (probably Russian) well capitalized profit oriented entity....and Venezuela provides necessary assurances to allow the buyer to make a profit without fear of expropriation at the $2 buyout price. Although the buyer will be looking for the lowest possible price....they (unlike Chavez and his idiot posse) will likely know (and care) that Fung will not be bluffing arbitration below this more than reasonable (subject to confirmation of the "experts") $2 figure. Therein lies our hope. The potential buyer advises Hugo that the deal will not be done below 2 bucks.

2 bucks and I'm celebrating based on my own personal situation and my ability to average down on borrowed time and money. For others....this will be a big loss. I feel bad for them. Others still....will want to wait for the "big arbitration payoff" (again...subject to the reality of the numbers\valuation developed by the "experts). Personally speaking....arbitration will kill me financially. We are all in a different boat and we are all waiting for a personally favorable result. No doubt we are close to realizing our fate.
