I think it all comes down to that KRY was the "Partner of Choice" at one point, correct?

We have had our EIS approved with Bond and Taxes paid with just recently MOC confirmed and Social Projects required completed.

What more can you ask from a company that you signed up as your contractor to mine your gold?

KRY has spent millions trying to get this mine going.
