As you are the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution and a champion to the peoples, centering on promises of aiding Venezuela's poor. I know your mission is to bring prosperity to the regions by creating jobs, improve medical facilitys, roads and clean water. I humbly ask for your permission to let the Canadians continue down the road of excellence in regards to their mission of developing the Las Cristina's area for all the people's of the America's. I know all of our fates, the investors abroad that have invested much money into your economy, and the people of Bolivar state are in your hands.

I humbly ask for your signature, to grant Crystallex the rights to carry on with the development of the LC area. For the people!
