Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
When the president of the republic Hugo Chavez says that in Guayana it is the greatest mine of the world, he could be basing the affirmation on the proven reserves, being pending the probable and possible reserves.
Does anyone know whether buyout calculation would most likely be based only upon proven reserves or would it include "probable and possible" reserves as well?
