The one thing thats always sort of bothered me is,if we got a settlement, you would have to sell while the market was setting our share price. The company may decide to use the proceeds to continue operations by looking for other acuitions of properties/companies that might be for sale.If you didnt sell into the rally the day or days while the settlement was rumored or announced,it,sp,may stay or settle low as investors measure the new assets the company was looking at.We wont know what the company is going to do,will we?So,my thinking is, you would hope your close to a computer/phone and aware of the announced settlement or you might miss out on your chance for getting out.Thats the biggest problem with a settlement or a arbitration ruling,we just dont know how much the retail investor will get, either through share price on the market or money per share/ruling after arbitration. All the talk about how much our sp is worth regarding the amount of gold in the ground and future earnings, means squat if we dont know what the company is going to do after LC.I have had a few so if i dont make sense sorry, lol
