I agree CJR that it would only bolster the arbitration case. I also don't believe that they can start mining immediately. Although VZ may have some of KRY's info I don't think they have it all. Also what about the EIS? Not sure if these are transferable and why I think VZ brought KRY back last summer and accepted their proposal. It took many years for the EIS and VZ doesn't want to begin this process over.

IMO all of this is KRY's propietary info and will need to be acquired somehow by someone else if they want to mine in a reasonable time frame.
