IMHO it is all moot. We will reach a settlement with either VZ themselves or an agreeable party to VZ. The timing will depend on other players and the need for VZ to move LC forward. I believe Fung is prepared to wait if need be for an acceptable offer. I don't see a hostile offer like Rml did for Grz. I believe we will get halted with an offer that has the support of the Kry BOD.

Most shareholders just want to get the hell out of VZ with some cash in hand so that this whole ordeal hasn't been for nothing.

Arbitration may be still on the table but I just don't see it going that way.
