I haven't ever seen mention of any written agreement making this automatic as you state, as it would have to be agreed to at this point to be as you say. It's not. The number of terms isn't even known yet. But you are right in that kry can turn them down, but so can Vz but they haven't got to this discussion yet so how can one use the extensions as a factor in valuing kry at this stage. When the extensions get signed off, then yes. As I see it anyway
