Message: This is a great Board for DD

Zim---that,s the first question I asked RM. However, I didn't really expect any concrete feedback on that question and I wasn't disappointed. I have no more sense of what is currently going on with the discussions now than before my talk with him. However, I enjoyed my talk with RM. I should have taken some notes but I was only expecting a short conversation. However, we rambled for over 30 minutes. I have shared some of the talk with the board already. Some others points discussed---1. Don't underestimate the significance of the March letter from the CVG stating we are in good standing. It would be a very poor (to say the least) move on VZ's part to issue that letter and then simply try and set us aside. Remember, that letter came AFTER we put them on notice of Arbitration. 2. A permit should not be ruled out. Even if another company bought out KRY, they may not want to use KRY's mining plan and that would mean you start from ground zero. 3. One of the big problems is VZ doesn't even know themselves what they want to do. Generically speaking, VZ shoots from the hip, then they pause and assess. 4. RM cited several examples where VZ has taken over businesses (including SIDOR) and those businesses in the end stated that they were fairly compensated.
