I agree with those who are sceptical of naming a date for any resolution. VZ has proved us wrong countless times over. I don't think we will be resolved in July but I will be watching the bond holder actions. They have a "stay" until the end of JUL. If we don't have something to show them by this time then they will press their case.

If they don't press the case but agree to an additional extension I will view this as very positive. If they do press their case then I will assume Fung has no conrete proof to offer them.

My opinion is that if the bondholders want to press their case we will file for arbitration in August. If the grant an extension then I will believe something is in the works.

Don't forget that Hugo's agenda is 1st to destroy and thwart capitalists, 2nd to solidify his power and 3rd to support his people.
