Desi---I would never tell anybody to buy or sell this stock. Its an individual thing each person must reach on his own. In your last post you said you would sell at ARB. My only advice would be to not make that decision when the emotions are raised. Remember, an ARB filing doesn't automatically mean we have to wait 3-5 years for settlement. The parties can settle anytime after the filing. An ARB filing could be used as a negotiating tool. Best of luck to you and all those currently underwater (which includes myself.)
