I have been involved with 3 companies in the past 5 years that filed for bankruptcy or chapter 2,4 ? protection (whatever you call it in the states)) and have not been able to get even a cent on the dollar back from my investment(shares).My experiance says,shareholders are fcked if we file for bankrupcy.We dont want that to happen imho
