How did you come to that conclusion? I think you are seeing what you want to see.

I did account for the equipment in my original post. My statement was made based off of a 60 to 80 million dollar value on the equipment. Never have I ever heard anybody give it a value of a 150 million until today. Honestly no-one know whats its worth, but it sure would be nice to know. If I knew for a fact the equipment was worth 150 million I would fill much better about my investment today.

I see know reason to get angry with my post. If you have a question about my assumptions just ask. I am around.

As to calling a lawyer, are you refering once again to the value of the equipment or to the bondholder question? Please enlighten me on what I said that isn't correct. I am happy to be corrected.

Feels like I am getting whipped on both sides of the fence. Half the post say its common knowledge so why bring it up. The other half say I am wrong and to get my facts straight. Sounds to me like a disconnect that needs to be resolved.
