Kind of new to the arbitration concept, but have held Kry since 2007. Let's say KRY goes to arbitration, essentially has no operations during this period, and then is awarded a sum (2 Bln?). What are the thoughts on what happens to our share price? Does it just sit idle for a couple years and then upon settlement announcement shoot up? Does anyone know of any other companies that have been through a similar situation, and how they fared?

I know it can be a guessing game, but just trying to decide whether I want to hold and wait out arbitration, which it seems is becoming more and more of a reality.
