Well I guess the upside to financing the arbitration wait maintenence costs (if it goes that way) is the financeers will really scrutinize the KRY "hang on and wait" money plan and chop costs to the bone.

At the same time the news becomes dire for Hugo- No future investments of infrastructure by foreginers in Venezuela, i.e. higher taxes in the US and Chavez nationalization of property / equipment, the financing to settle this case in international court becomes more plausible, dosen't it?

I think the reports describing growing reellion against the Chavez regieme, the reports of economical / social unrest, food / medicine and everything else shortages- Gives me some hope that this will be settled fairly, or we could be building this gold mine for a new leader?
