Correct me if I am wrong but we have 100m of bonds and about ~150m in equipment worth correct? If Fung did get money through equity and gave up the equipment for full value (we know this stuff is hard to come by) his burn rate would be low AND would have close to 100m stash for abritration. That does not sound like imminent BK to me.
