NH action deadline is approaching, cash is running out, and you don't want an update from the CEO??

The Crystallex Annual General Meeting (AGM) was only June 24, not even a month ago. Perhaps you missed it. I don't know of any company that will give you an 'hourly' update but wouldn't it be nice. I won't wish you luck because I've been on the other side when people have been anxious for information. At one extreme it requires intense focus and patience and then requires diplomacy skills and even more patience.
