I thought July 17th was the deadline for the bondholders to decide whether they want to proceed to arbitration or make kry pay them, thus forcing kry to probably sell off assets.

I think you mean proceed with there court action but as far as I know there is no July 17th deadline. Both parties are supposed to appear in court at the end of July.
