i forgot, where's our hospital again?

i dont know if the hospital means anything to our resolution but i'll keep an eye out for any ceremonies....today they furnished (or promised to furnish) a medical center in "roscio?"....seems like they've had a few 1/2 ass ceremonies for medical clinics lately..anyway, someone please remind me of the town/area (sifontes, raul leoni, tumeremo??)....thanks
