Well I know you are trying to be funny CJR but it's looking like a way to calculate common shares in exchange for performence options given to corperate people.

So instesd of holding options, insiders can aquire a amount of common shares equal to their performance option award, the obvious result is that these shares show up as insider buys?

Its all gobeldygook.

Low volume today is unerving.....1/6 of today's trading happened in the last 10 minutes.
