It will be interesting to see what the people of Venezuela do when they begin to realize that many of their country's assets abroad are being awarded to companies outside of Venezuela. All because their leader wanted to play tough guy and seize businesses in Venezuela and not repay the owners for their actual worth.
By then it will become apparent that Hugo not only traded the country's financial future for nationalization, but that same nationalization was the reason those same businesses became worthlessly crippled because of the corruption and inept mismanagement Hugo and his pals heaped on them in name of progress.
He's breaking the back of that country and it will take more than a few loans from a couple of international loan sharks (leveraged against the country's internal assets) and the price of oil to cure his maniacal misdirection.
