Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
I think the issues we are missing is the desire by VZ to start mining soon. While it is clear they have no intention to do so with KRY, they still need things that KRY has.
#1 - KRY has all the technical data needed. Yes so does the CVG, but if they are anything like the rest of VZ they wouldn't know what to do with it.
#2 - KRY has a valid contract that despite all of the news rhetoric the same people proclaiming KRY evil capitalists are the same ones who have issued written documents that KRY is in compliance with the contract.
I don't think either the Russians or the Chinese want to get into this until the legal issues are resolved. If VZ takes the contract after declaring KRY is in compliance the very minimum they would have to pay is the investment KRY has made. This alone is much more than where we are now.
I think the Noteholders not pressing their case last week is a good sign. If they felt this was a dead end they would press now. Still, time is ticking and like it or not KRY does not have a history of keeping shareholders informed. I do NOT believe KRY is looking out for share holder interetsts but I DO believe that despite this our interests are tied to what KRY mgt wants.
As a technical trader I think all technical indicators are null right now. It has come down to a roulette wheel bet of RED (nothing) or Black (a settlement of some sort). I am putting in excess of 100k shares on BLACK.
