"#1 priority----Go the the Canadian Government and have them help facilitate KRY in getting a $200 million line of credit at favorable terms that the government would guarantee. The government needs to step up to the plate and help those companies shafted by a corrupt VZ government. #2 priority----After acquiring the line of credit I would go to the Noteholders (look them straight in the eye) and tell them that we think their lawsuit is worthless and we won't settle with you. Let them fight it out in court. They would probably back down. However, in the unlikely event they pursued the action and prevailed they get paid off with the line of credit. #3 priority----File for Arbitration and play hardball. The line of credit will carry us as far as the VZ goofballs want to drag this out before facing the inevitable---a large payout."... bmh
