My guess is that mangement will wait for the formal inauguration of the new medical facility rumored to be around mid month. If, by that time, there is no meaningful dialogue with "high level Venezuelan officials", I would expect us to file for arbitration. If this is the case, I would hope that Fung goes on a media blitz to alert all of the poverty stricken unemployed miners that there will be free beer and steaks at the christening of the new medical facility and there would be a "special" announcement regarding employment in the mining sector. Of course Fung should have Globovision there along with every anti-Chavez private radio station that has not yet had its' license yanked for not cleaning their toilets properly. After explaining to the beer guzzling miners that their brand spanking new medical facility (along with their new sewage treatment plant, etc., etc.) was completed courtesy of KRY...Fung should go on to detail how many of their friends and family would die from untreated disease since Hugo Chavez and his corrupt government didn't hold up their part of the bargain by furnishing the facility with equipment\drugs and staffing it with medical personnel. As Fung speaks, the Jumbo-tron behind him would flash split screen images of Hugo and his corrupt minions downing lobster tails and johnny walker blue in the palace and on the presidential aircraft adjacent to images of starving children and three-legged dogs with pleading brown eyes and ringworm. At the appropriate time, Fung would call for silence from the crowd so that he could make the big announcement: "there will be NO jobs at Las Cristinas because Hugo Chavez does not care about creating jobs for any of you". At that point the camera would zoom in on a bird flipping Fung who would instruct Hugo to "Kiss my ass, we'll see you in court!". Ah yes....if I was CEO.
