By the recent posts, it looks like the arbitration option is gaining grounds on the polls... but it will really happen? I see an indefinite impasse on this issue. time will tell !

IMO, KRY MGMT is waiting for Hugo "El Grande" to make one more wrong move ( for example give the LC mine rights to the ruskies, etc. etc.), which would strenghten even further our chances of victory thru a potential and long arbitration process. So... KRY MGMT awaits patiently... to see also what happens with Hugo's carreer in the months to come... since change is in the air. Needless to say... the big mining guys are also waiting.

On the other hand... Hugo " El Grande" awaits to waste KRY out of money and patience... and at the same time, tries to cut deals ( with whomever) to desperately remain on his "seat"... his game is certainly not resolving KRY issues (with whom he is legally stuck !), but instead resolving his own " future".

So... having said that ... nothing that KRY does to comply with the MOC, etc. etc. will have any effect on the waiting period both parties are placing their bets on...

No buyout, no permit, no JVs, just the waiting game... waiting for a definite and clear definition... either way... let's see who outlives who.

One final thought !,... IMO, beware of those who promote buying more and more shares... The manipulation of the SP is always alive and very very active. Keep your guard up !
