Maybe the best action is inaction at this point...but for how much longer?

Hugo really seems to believe he can drag this on forever...

- The Company has not received a response from the Minister of Environment and Natural Resources ("MinAmb") to its June 16, 2008 appeal of the Director General of the Administrative Office of Permits at MinAmb denying its request for the Permit for the Las Cristinas project.

Given our financial woes with the note holders etc, it seems like VZ is trying to use this to their (perceived) advantage in ongoing negotiations to force a low ball settlement offer for our MOC. Fung being Fung is playing hardball with them as implied by his comments at the recent AGM.

By inaction I simply meant not filing for arbitration as I think Fung will not go into arbitration until we have received an official denial to the appeal. This would would imply failed negotiations to me.

I've come to the conclusion that patient shareholders will be rewarded, just gotta stay focused and filter out the noise...
