What you say about Chavez is true. But I'm not sure how much "bad" news is left. He could publically say he is not paying us anything and that we need to leave. He could low ball us.

In either case, I would expect the company to take legal action -- which might not be bad news. I don't know that filing for arbitration would move the stock price up, but I don't think it would be viewed as "bad" news anyway.

Than again -- everytime I feel like there is no "bad" news left we get "bad" news. So what do I know. Is it shortly after Easter yet?
