Wow! I guess you can't get any more clear or descriptive than Doug did. I've always liked his candor and wish KRY was more open.

So GRZ says the fat lady has sung and they are just waiting for the six month deadline to file, though he expects a good outcome. Doug says discussions are going nowhere and the project is dead except for recovering the investment and some lost profit. He says $5 billion

KRY is now almost 9 months past the notification and we have not heard anything, nor done anything and nothing has changed. KRY says they are in deep discussions and VZ wants a resolution.

Two very different view points for these neighbors. I do note Doug says VZ does not want concessions NOR contracts. Is this his assumption or was this stated?

So who is right about what is going on? My guess is Doug is right and the reason KRY has not filed is because Robert Fung is out trying to secure financing for the arbitration. I can't believe there is a deal in the works on one side of the fence and no hope on the other.

Anyone have any thoughts? I think Fung is more than equipped to get the funding and move us to the next level...we might even get a lift in PPS out of it
