DlBerns......I have to say I think you are right on the money....We HAVE NOT FILED FOR ARB, simply because A DEAL IS BEING WORKED ON AS WE SPEAK. For a complicated situation like this ( MOC, VZ, Chavez, MINBAM, Economic Crisis, price of oil, No new mining law, Bolivarian revolution etc etc.) A deal would take a long time....and I believe it has been worked on for a fairly long time......soon it will BE a long time, and then we will hear about.
