I tend to agree that we will not see any North American company mine LC. VZ has made that clear and clear that no permit will be granted to KRY. If Goldcorp is (still) invested in KRY it is for an arbitration value.

No suitor will buy KRY unless it is Russian, and then I see a settlement for the contract and data rather than a buyout. But none of this until KRY shows it can get financing to make it into arbitration.

My one consolation in this is that I still believe VZ wants to avoid the legal damages of breaking its contract so I am hopeful we will get a settlement once we show we are able to take this to arbitration.

The second consolation will be to see VZ run this into the ground because their policies will eventually p-off even the Russians.

Many said Hitler had a death wish and I think Hugo does too. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. He has forsaken any help for his people in a paranoid grasp for endless power. Our own politicians should heed this as well.

I hope we all weather this but time is short and financing is the key IMHO.
