MERGER with Venezuela (KRY & CVG)***what was the benefit of that one again), Ven would now have to pay there own way? I really don't get this one, a merger to show they own 51% of a project, that they already own???? Help Me People

In Venezuela I believe that means: They have controlling share with respect to all management decisions and they don't pay one red cent for the privelage.
