Well, yes, it's only words, but this is just another of many statements, pr, or quotes from various 'officials', that are saying the same thing. Russians, Rusoro, VenRus...money for mining from Russia/Ven bank, 4 more billion for 'kick starting the economy', from China.

This statement made it vary clear................... "because our commitment is to serve the communities of Guasipati , Callao, Tumeremo, Kilometer 88 Las Claritas, El Dorado, among others. "

It's all coming together......more and more lower down officials are getting the word.

Did you notice that there is a comma between each town, but not between klilometer 88 and Las Claritas? To me, they are differentiating between KRY/Las Cristina, and Gold Reserve/kilometre 88.

They are making it pretty clear, those mining executives, that Venrus will be mining gold, in our area, and the only place that is ready to go in terms of starting to build, and knowing where the gold is, and getting gold out asap, is KRY's Las Cristinas.
