I received a special, or emergency, meeting notice last week from Polyrus. The following details will be from memory as I am not home where the notice is.

They are holding the meeting to get approval to raise something like 3.5 billion dollars. As I recall the meeting is within the next week or so and the is deal is to be completed by the end of September.

The money is to be used for acquisitions. It sounded to me like they were saying immediate acquisitions.

I hope I am not breaking any rules by giving out this info. Still a rookie.

I had bought some Polyrus a year or so ago thinking they could become a player in Venezuela.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
