This looks to me like a sponsored story. Someone spent quite a lot of time and paid quite a lot of money to gather these details. I would say it was sponsored by one or many organizations that are impacted by these events. This story is meant to shake up the situation.

My inclination is to run from all this chaos, but Venezuela doesn’t seem to have a leg to stand on in the courts. That’s why I don’t understand the delay in filing. They are by all indications not acting in good faith.
