I right there with you hoping for the best and waiting patiently. And I have no doubt that Fung is working his ass off and I have no specific problem with him right now based on the information we have.

My hope is that Fung understands the limits of his own abilities. In other words, you can be the greatest business man and negotiator who ever lived and Fung may have created the deal of the century for us, the company and VZ.

But all of that goes out the window when you are dealing with someone who either doesn't care or just doesn't get it. Arbitration is a last resort and if that's all we got, let's get going.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't force it too drink. At some point you have to step back, look at Hugo and conclude "He just doesn't get it and he never will." I hope that Fung knows when that time is...
