Ray - I Think I did respond. KRY's financials indicated $13 million remaining and they anticipated having enoough cas to fund ongoing operations into Q4. That's it. Well, we are now 2 weeks away from the start of Q4.

I asked RM for clarification on how far into Q4 we can fund. He refused to answer. I get the same bland respones. None of us really know what is going on.

Arrogant? Well, I used to trade KRY and I did very well. Then when it became untradable started to accumulate on the drops down to my lowest purchase point of .14. I've sold some but I still hold a substantial amont of shares.

My frustration is that by KRY's own statements we will run out of cash in Q4 and they do not feel it important to update shareholders when weare 2 weeks fronm that window.

What OFFICIAL statements have been made to dispute the above?
