I would agree with you that we should move in conjunction with GRZ. Yes they have a better cash position but are lawsuits are similar and we have more gold. The fact is if they are moving because of a possible deal that is also good for us. Kry has enough money if we could not get financing, which will probable will be able to obtain, we could file arbitration shut everything down sell the equiptment and get a law firm to work on a contigency basis. No one to date has said we will not prevail on the suit.
