So the central bank seems to have watered down the rule that they must have 70% of all the gold produced in the country (which they buy at less than 1/3 of the world price) and now will settle for 50%,...

Big deal; instead of getting 70% of nothing, they now get 50% of nothing...

That's business in Venezuela...
